At ToneOp Eats, we take great care in preparing fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals designed to support your health and well-being. Every meal is crafted with precision and delivered with the utmost care. Since each subscription is carefully personalised to meet individual health and nutrition needs, subscriptions are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancelable once confirmed.

Postponement Option

We understand that schedules can change, so we offer a simple postponement facility.

1. The meal Postponement facility is ONLY available for subscriptions of more than 7 days.

2. You can postpone your meals as follows:

  • Via the Postpone option on the ToneOp App or
  • You may contact our team at [email protected] or 7400989898.

3. Time limits to request meal postponement:

4. Your postponed meal will be delivered at the end of your subscription.

Note: To help us avoid food preparation and delivery wastage, we kindly request that you make postponement requests within the specified time window. Requests made after this period, unfortunately, cannot be accepted.

Grievance Regarding Meals

1. If you have any grievance about your meal, please raise a dispute within 2 hours of delivery. You can do this in either of the following ways:

  • Use the Raise Dispute option on the ToneOp App, or
  • Contact us at [email protected] or 7400989898.

2. Please note that the grievance can only be made during the following windows:

3. It is compulsory to attach a photo/video and a brief description while raising a dispute.

Note: Our meals are freshly prepared for timely consumption, and recommended to be consumed within 2 hours of the delivery for the best quality and safety. Concerns raised after 2 hours of delivery will not be considered.
